It can take a lot to gain a client.

It takes a little thought to retain them and to then be referred.

Quality isn’t expensive, it’s priceless.

When it can cost so much to win a client it makes sense to spend a little to retain them.  Sometimes a simple gesture is all you need.  A simple thank you. No reason.  Just a thank you. 9 out of 10 people say they like chocolate…the 10th person is lying
